Cancellation Terms and Conditions

By registering for the conference, the registrant agrees to the following cancellation policy:

1. * Late & Spot :
   • Can be done online till 30th July & thereafter @ conference site For Late & Spot Registrations, no conference kit will be provided.
2. ** Fellows & PG's will have to provide a letter from HOD in Letter head (Upload)
3. *** Spouse / Accompanying Delegate: Only QR coded badge will be issued. No kit will be provided
4. Cancellation requests shall be accepted upto 15th July. 75% refund will be done after Aug 10th 2026.
5. Cancellation requests shall not be accepted beyond 15th July.
6. To submit a request, write to support@tnoa.info with the following detail
   • Registration number:
   • Name of the delegate:
   • Bank account number:
   • Branch :
   • IFSC code:
   • Beneficiary name (as in bank records):
